Change email, username or language

You can change your username, email and language yourself. Open Account in the dashboard.

Username

Usernames are 3–24 characters: letters, digits, underscore, dot or hyphen. They start with a letter, have no spaces, and a separator cannot be doubled or come last. Some names are reserved. Change it under Profile and press Save.

Email

1. Enter the new email under Profile.
2. Confirm the change with your password, or your two-factor code if it is on.
3. We send a confirmation link to the new address. It works for 48 hours, and the dashboard opens again once you press it.

We also tell your old address about the change. If you did not make it, contact us at once through the contact page.

Language

SkinPlata speaks English, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German, Turkish, Polish and Ukrainian. Pick yours with the language picker in the side navigation, on the sign-in page or on the public site. We remember the choice and send your emails in that language too.
