Acceptable Use Policy

Every project on SkinPlata must follow this policy. We review projects before approval and may suspend a project that breaks it.

Allowed with care

Game servers and communities, digital goods and keys, trading and marketplace platforms, giveaways and rewards, gaming services, and — where licensed where required, restricted to adults and geo-blocked where needed — skin-based gaming and case-opening sites. We may ask how you meet these conditions.

Not allowed

• Anything illegal where you or your customers are, including unlicensed gambling where a licence is required.
• Services aimed at minors, or that do not stop minors where the law requires it.
• Fraud, phishing, fake giveaways, account theft or selling stolen items or accounts.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or moving value for third parties.
• Cheats, hacks, malware, DDoS services, or tools to break Steam's or a game's rules.
• Adult content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and anything infringing intellectual property.
• Pyramid or investment schemes, "guaranteed profit" offers, and misleading marketing.
• Projects based in, or targeting people in, a restricted country.

Your duties

• Show clear terms, prices and a support contact to your customers.
• Answer our questions about a payment or a customer within a reasonable time.
• Tell us before you change what the project does.
