Our team reviews every new project, usually within one business day, and emails you the decision. Your live secret starts working the moment the project is approved.
What we look at
We check the website and how it plans to use skin payments: that it is a real, working project, that it follows the Acceptable Use Policy, and that it is not based in a country we cannot serve (see Countries and regions we cannot serve). We may message you on the Telegram or Discord username you gave us.
Project statuses
- In review: waiting for a decision. The test secret works; live payments, purchases and payouts do not yet.
- Live: approved. Live payments, purchases and payouts are open.
- Not approved: the email and the project page give the reason.
- Suspended: payments and purchases are paused. The email gives the reason.
Not approved? Send it again
Open the project, change the details the reason points to and press Submit for review again. It goes back to In review.
Approved: switch to live
Replace the test secret in your integration with the live secret. Nothing else changes: same project key, same webhook URL. Your test data stays separate from live data.
If your project is suspended and you think it is a mistake, reply to the email or write to us through the contact page.
