Payout statuses: Pending, Paid, Rejected

A payout is Pending, Paid or Rejected. What each status means, how long it takes and what happens to the money if a payout is rejected.

Updated · SkinPlata team

A payout shows one of three statuses. Every payout is checked by our team before it is sent.

The statuses

  • Pending: we received the request and the amount is on hold. Most payouts are sent within one business day.
  • Paid: we sent it. The email and the payout list show the reference, such as a bank reference or a transaction hash.
  • Rejected: we could not send it. The amount is back on your available balance, and the email gives the reason.
  • Crypto: look the transaction hash up on a block explorer for that network. If it is confirmed, the funds are at the address you saved.
  • SEPA: bank transfers can take one to two business days to arrive.
  • PayPal / Wise: check the account of the email saved on the destination.

If it still has not arrived, contact us through the contact page with the payout and its reference.

Rejected?

Read the reason in the email. Often a destination detail needs fixing: add a corrected destination and request the payout again, see Payout methods and destinations.

Your server can also follow payouts: webhooks are sent when a payout is requested, paid or rejected, see Set up webhooks and verify signatures.
