How to request a payout

Withdraw your project balance: add a destination, pick the amount from $25, confirm with your two-factor code or password.

You can pay out the available balance of any approved project. The smallest payout is $25.

Steps

  1. Open Payouts in the dashboard.
  2. Add a destination if you have none yet, see Payout methods and destinations.
  3. Under Request a payout, pick the project, the destination and the amount in USD.
  4. Check You receive: the amount that will reach you.
  5. Confirm with the code from your authenticator app. Without two-factor sign-in, confirm with your account password.

The amount moves to On hold on your balance straight away.

What happens next

Our team checks every payout and usually sends it within one business day. You get an email when it is sent, with the reference, or when it cannot be sent, with the reason. See Payout statuses: Pending, Paid, Rejected.

Why can't I request one?

  • The project is not approved yet. Payouts open once it is live.
  • The amount is below $25 or above the available balance.
  • Payments still in trade protection are not on the balance yet.
  • Test balances cannot be paid out.
  • The confirmation code or password was wrong.

With two-factor sign-in on, nobody can request a payout with your password alone.
