Balance & payouts

Your balance and transaction history

How your USD balance works per project: available and on-hold money, every entry in the history, reversals and the separate test balance.

Updated · SkinPlata team

Each project has its own balance in US dollars. The overview shows the total of all projects; Balance in the dashboard lists every credit and debit, newest first.

Available and on hold

  • Available is what you can spend on skins or pay out.
  • On hold is money set aside for something in progress: a payout waiting for our team, or a skin purchase being bought. It is released or charged when that finishes.

Entries you will see

  • Payment received: a payment became final.
  • Payment returned: a credited payment was reversed by Steam.
  • Hold and Hold released: money set aside and given back.
  • Skin purchase and Purchase refund: skins you bought, and money back for one that was not delivered.
  • Payout: money paid out to you.
  • Adjustment: a correction by our team, always with a note.

Filter the list by project or entry type.

Why the balance has not grown yet

Payments are credited only when the trade is final, after Steam's trade protection. A payment in Trade protection or Released early is not on the balance yet, see Trade protection and releasing early.

Test balance

In test mode you see the separate test balance. It cannot be paid out and never mixes with live money, see Test mode and your test balance.
